Refund policy

Every book is printed to order just for you, so we can't accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind.

Damaged, misprinted or missing books

If your book arrives damaged, has a printing problem, or never arrives, we'll make it right. Email kenny@stuffyoucanuse.org within 30 days of delivery (or of the expected delivery date) with your order number and a photo of the problem. We'll send a free replacement or give you a full refund, whichever you prefer. You don't need to send the book back.

Cancellations

Because printing starts quickly, we can only cancel an order if you contact us before it goes to print, usually within a few hours of ordering.

Refunds

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank or card company may take 5 to 10 business days to show the refund.
